    General private practice of law.  Representative clients include Florida High Speed, a consortium of multi-national corporations brought together to prepare a bid for the Florida High Speed Rail project, VRS, a Florida Corporation marketing a unique sewage sludge disposal process targeted to municipal utilities, several for profit, both publicly traded and closely held corporations and not for profit corporations.  Practice also includes the development of unique credit enhancement programs for real estate based finance transactions as well as creative commercial and business finance transactions.

    Acquired, rehabilitated, managed and leased residential single family, condominium properties, multi-family properties and commercial properties.
